within you, is the one who holds the pen

your inner writer is the part of you, you turn to each time you sit down to complete an essay or article, to read and do research. it is the person who weaves together the complex ideas you hold, and creates a pattern, a tapestry that a wider audience can receive and appreciate.

yet, how much time and attention do you give to your inner writer? what needs do they have? how do you nourish and nurture them, so that they are able to perform at their best? how do you care for them, and ensure they are healthy, so that the work you and they produce, is healthy?

over two evenings, I offer visualisations and creative writing exercises that support you to meet the writer in you. you will learn what moves and inspires them, what their needs are, and how to meet these needs. from this place of connection and intimacy, you will work with a piece of writing, a question, or research from your own work. in this way, establishing an intentional relationship and writing practice between you and your inner writer

the intention is to lay the foundation for a new way of writing: one that feeds you, and allows you work from the inside out.
